It's really ideal to rest but you can exercise while on albendazole but you need to do something easy which won't affect your CNS and white blood cells too much. So you can do some light short distance running but avoid for example, long distance running, sprinting, weight lifting. Also you might feel tired, have some pain and have many other symptoms while on the medication because of the parasite die off so just listen to your body if you do decide to exercise. Tweet
