I am Kind of new to juice fasting (even though I have been on other fasts before). Have One essential question about juice storage. Is it best to
1. Juice veggies and then put them in an air tight Container aroom temperaturet?
2. juice the veggies, Cool the juice in the fridge and then place in air tight container.
3. Freeze the juice and then put it in the air tight Container- This will be difficult and it would melt slowly through the day
The Other question is that does diluting the juice with ice orcold water while preparing a fresh batch impact its nutritional value?
I need thejuice to last for around 9 - 12 hours Somehow.
Please please please let me Know the best way to do this.
Ps. If this helps with the questions here is a background: I plan tojuice primarily Cucumbers, Spinach, Squash, Ginger, Dicon(White radish) andSome wheatgrass. May occasionally add a carrot but trying tostay away from sweet veggies. The purpose is to cleanse lungs, clear sinus and allergies, loose weight, improvestamina, get Candida undercontrol and deconjust body.
