One of the links said that in order to get rid off the biofilm you need to either:
1) Consume Proteolytic enzymes that can help to break apart the structure of unhealthy gut biofilm when taken on an empty stomach.
2) Take some Apple Cider Vinegar (start with 2 tablespoons in 8 oz of water and increase as needed).
After that the article recommends to start re-building the healthy biofilm ...
My questions are:
1) How can one tell that the unhealthy biofilm is gone and it is time to stop taking Proteolytic enzymes and is a time to strat rebuilding a healhty gut?
2) Would food-grade diatomaceous earth achieve the same results?
