Causing an already messed up HPA system with herbs, and chemicals in a vain attempt to 'restore' itself is about rubbish. Only naturally training ones system, like has been suggested to the OP in terms of weeks of meditation, hypnotherapy, yoga, zero stimulation, no television, will aid sleep like suggested but it will take a while, maybe months, possibly a year.
Can you show me some wide range research on this 'adaptagens' for HPA restroation (long term success once the herb is removed) show me how the screening process is for purity and consiteny, show some success stories on curezone about these things fixing sleep etc. (and once off the drug)..bam, no you cant.
Sleep, and cortisol/adrenaline surges are a problem of something else. You need to fix that before it will be repaired (and a sleep drug aint gonna do that)
But dont worry, follow the white rabbit down the cuckoo burrow and see where you end up!
