It should arrive early next week, I haven't actually used it yet, but from what I have seen of Kerri Riveria's work with Autism and the testimony and web site of Micheal Harrah. I'm fairly convinced this is a method to add, slowly proceed. I don't know a great deal about it yet. I ordered mine from mms1.biz hope that's the right place to get it? was very leery of where to get the right stuff. I believe I will start with 1 drop in divided doses over the course of just 1 day. I like the baby bottle deal, but not wanting to look like a total weirdo, could I use a pint mason jar and close the lid tightly instead. If I got caught with a baby bottle at work that would be a complete disaster!
I assume there is no issue if I want to dillute it more. For example 1 drop activated into 16oz instead of 8oz, then drink two ounces at a time vs. 1 oz?
The Humaworm normalized my stools like MAGIC. I've ordered some more of that and will likely start in about a month(90 days from when I last ended). I am dissapointed in this last moon cycle.. cravings, constipation. They be back :(
I've tightned up on diet severely. Eating some slow cooked meat and vegetables. raw cucumber about my only snack. Thats my diet. Fast food if i do it is subway salad. That's the extent of it,,, my whole diet.
I'm experimenting with a reduction in food (at least periodically) For example instead of eating lunch as my energy levels dropped today, I ate a bunch of raw garlic and took a nap instead. Not exactly fasting, but in a sense. I am suspecting too much food too often as a player. I've also heard it said that transit time in and off itself is a major major factor. Given the analogy of your home - if the trash man comes every week you're fine but what if came every two weeks or 3 weeks-nasty bug city? So I can see how this is a factor, and a viscous cycle of ever more parasites potentially in the intestines.
BTW, how much raw garlic should one eat? I average probably about 5 or 6 cloves (descent sized ones) per day. Is that reasonable?
I've also paid some attention to the book Fiber Menace and GAPS and wonder how an approach toward healing, vs. kill, kill, kill might need to be incorporated. Biggest takeaways there are limit fiber, especially large amounts of insoluble raw plant fiber to reduce bulk and diameter of poop (dont know a better way to say it) and to drink lots of bone broth as the best way to heal the gut. I had focused only on kill strategies because I assumed once the sources of irritation are gone the body will just heal? Idk, food for thought I guess.
As you can tell, I'm trying to move forward from all angles, anything that might actually be helpful. Truth is what I actually find helpful in the last few years is a fairly short list.
