How to fix metabolism -what works?
I know I have some level of adrenal fatigue, but haven't had my cortisol, etc. tested. I know I wake up between 2-4 a.m. in a panic and can't go back to sleep. I worry about everything...high stress.
For years I tried many different diets and overexercised, which one therapist told me is a form of bulimia. Never been happy with myself.
So I know from all of this, my metabolism is screwed up. I was also on the pill for 9 years to control my cycle/acne. So, I have imbalances all over the place. Add candida to that.
Just wanted to know what the best method to fix a broken metabolism is. I'm taking Pantethine, Vitamin C as ascorbic acid, magnesium, Proline. Also I'm avoiding
Sugar and gluten when I can, but eat apples and lower GI fruits. It is best to eat several small meals a day?
Any advice is appreciated...
