Thank you so much. I know there is something going on with my stress hormones/blood Sugar because I can sleep for 3 hours and then I'm wide awake come midnight or after and can't go back to sleep. Sheer panic and it's hell.
I will also check out the liquid B supplement you suggest.
I will stop supplements and add one by one. Also, my metabolism is shot from years of trying different diets so I'm going to try balancing protein/carbs/fats and see if that helps.
