Thank you, Kristina. I think my throat having been swollen made me panic and the anxiety got worse from that. Since stopping most supplements, it is slowly calming down, though, thank God.
The magnesium oil I bought has been great before bed. I tried it when I woke up in the middle of the night as well, but it didn't help me during panic mode. I am pretty damaged now and hope I can get back to normal. Yes, my anxiety needs to stop. I've tried to stop the adrenaline feeling though with many methods, and sometimes nothing helps :-(
I will probably buy a cheap juicer because I don't want to deal with manually squeezing it out of the potato! When I do this, I'll let you know if it works for me. Thank you!
