I just read this whole thread that took place over several years as I was initially drawn to your idea that you really wanted to hear some success stories. Along the way, this included a discussion about some people not sharing once they felt better...Can you possibly share a bit more details about what you did to begin feeling better? Did you work with a specific program, a naturopath, etc?
I've been having adrenal/chronic fatigue/brain fog issues for many years but feel pretty overwhelmed about which path to wellness to choose. I bought Dr. Lam's book but it's so intense and I also have a new baby so time is an issue...
