bring me back to my qustion about breastfeeding as a child.
from what i read:
during birth you get mother microbia from her birth channel, but not if it's a ceaser birth, and from breastfeedig you get it.
the most important in the begining of life is bifidobacterium infanitis.
theres talking that infantis 35624 is the most research prooven.
so i thaght about buying this http://www.amazon.com/Align-Digestive-Probiotic-Supplement-count/dp/B000W4PNDS
but it has titanium dioxide.
in this article he talks about how the microbe in your gut cane change according to what you eat(minority can become the majority and vise versa)
but i dont know if this is helping if you missing a microbe spieces, like if you didnt breastfed and borne in a ceaser birth(myself).i asked that in the comments, so far no answer.
