In the beginning, when AF was bad, I did not know what's going on. Family doctors had no idea. A friend suggested me to go to a homeopath. He said it was AF and gave me some remedies. Some of them were for sleep. They worked. Helped me sleep longer up to 6 am.
p.s. I mentioned before when I was half way through the treatment, I drunk tea with honey and cheese sandwich 1 hr before going to bed. (it was an experiment after reading Dr. Peat articles) It worked. I started eating easy carbs again.
