I worked with Dr. Lam up to a point when he said: You don't need me anymore. If something happen, give us a call. He suggested multivit and minerals I should take. His protocol worked really well for me. Some people say it was making them worse. Once it was over, I started looking around and combined his protocol with those of dr. Peat, dr. Rind etc...
For example, Dr Lam never mentioned thyroid support. It helped me a lot.
Dr. Lam suggests avoid sugar. When I had Sugar re-introduced I had energy boost and sleep improved. As dr. lam always repeats: All people are different.
Veg diet is not recommended for AF.
If you check my early messages, I posted a protocol by Dr.Wilson for normalizing gut flora. It worked really well for me.
You need "Body guard" and "squeaky clean" from him.
