No I don't. More and more research is coming out that you actually need ROS (reactive oxygen species) for the body to produce beneficial adaptations. Now too little or too much antioxidants can lead to issues in a long run. Reg vitamin C ppl take somewhat extreme amounts in 'a hope for something' which I personally don't recommend. Reg worms they have their own protection against ROS but sure they can benefit from almost any food or supp. But you are getting a bit hopeless. As I say to myself in such situation... Your battle has only began :)
