I don't know too much about TMAU but it likely that we all suffer from a leaky gut and a toxic body.
Simplifying your diet and cleansing would be a great place to start. Cut out gut irritants like coffee, sugary foods, dairy, processed and fried foods (easier said than done) Eat healing foods to nourish and rebuild the gut lining. Leafy green vegetables are the best to remove toxins. There are loads of websites about leaky gut and detox diets.
If you have access to a juicer or a blender, have a daily green drink. I'm doing it daily for the month of march to see if makes any difference.
