for the fats i mostly ate butter with veggies,sometimes olive oil
as i understand, in paleo you dont suppose to eat much more protein than the recomeded amount of regular diet,i'm saying this again becuase it sound like you are going to eat lots of protein which is said to be dangerous.
i know that people on paleo get fats from coconut oils and buying meat fat,but i dont know realy how they use it, and from butter.
i didn't ate much fruit except for one period that i ate lots of citrus fruits becuase i noticed that on days i eat them my lips are perfect.
i will go back to paleo after this phase of vitamin d and calcium problems, i advice you from my own experience to be careful with the vitamin d3 supplement considering the fact that you eat fish and supplementing fish oil(which might contain d maybe?)regularly.
can you please tell me what probiotic you are taking? is it maybe renew's life.
