Peanut butter usually has Sugar added which makes it off limits. Also, peanut is a legume and not a nut. Peanuts and cashews are too high in carbs for a zero Sugar diet. Unless the nut butter is raw, it is no good. Roasted nuts have toxins and rancid oils.
Dairy should be off limits unless it is raw. Pasteurization destroys and denatures beneficial bacteria and enzymes. Our bodies recognize pasteurized dairy as a foreign invader and produce mucus and inflammation to trap and expel the targeted toxins. This includes butter. Ghee, which is clarified butter, is dairy free and a better alternative. Whereas cold-pressed olive oil, hemp oil, flax oil, and coconut oil are truly the best options. Never cook with anything other than coconut oil as it is the most stable fat source. Hemp and flax should be refrigerated as the polyunsaturated bonds are most vulnerable to rancidity and oxidation.
You have to remember that parasites not only feed off sugar, but also off flavorings, additives, toxins, seasonings, preservatives , MSG, rancid trans fats, gelatin, dyes, dairy and other pasteurized products. Simply cutting down on your Sugar intake isn't good enough.
