Yes I believe there has been some improvement although it hasn't been massive. Give me another 6 months and I'm hoping I'll be in the kind of physical condition I'm aiming for so it's still early days!
They say you are what you eat and excercise sweats out toxins, helps keep you regular and also helps your body regulate your temperature. You'll be aware that fat people generally sweat more.
It's a no brainer that getting fit and healthy has to have some kind of positive effect, it's very unlikely to make it worse. It's also likely to make you feel better and, if you are like me where emotions are a big trigger, it's got to be worth a go. Good luck in whatever you decide to do to improve your condition.
