Maybe I should have rephrased it. I can usually tolerate them; but when I do my symptoms increase. For example, I could still eat out at a china buffet and thoroughly enjoy it (I still think it tastes good). But afterwards I would feel terrible and have extreme carb/sugar cravings for the rest of the week and it would be a setback in my progress. From that point I have 2 options: Continue to eat as much Sugar as I craved which will lead me to eating more and more and eventually keep getting sicker and sicker. Or option 2: Get back on track and go through a few days of misery to get the toxins out of my system and feel balanced again with a good diet.
I don't necessarily think a little Sugar is terrible. But a little adds to more. A cup of fruit before bed and I will wake up hungrier craving simple, refined sugars. Then if I continue on that path it just leads to insatiable appetite and worsens symptoms.
I just started my second round of Black-WalnutWormwood cloves extract. I felt nauseous and stomach gurgling and churning after my 2nd full dose today (Not in a bad way). I think what I'm doing is working. It's just that they are very resilient and and not easy to get rid of.
I also have lots of anal itching and the feeling of worms squirming down there, even though I've taken pinworm medication. Not sure what it is but I'm certain there's probably a couple foreign invaders in my body whether parasites, yeast overgrowth, or both that are making me feel the way I do and crave certain foods (sugar) that I otherwise try to avoid,
