I think this has bromide in it, Do I stop using it?

I use this exfoliator on my face almost everyday. It's a thin gel consistency, it's on my face for maybe 2 minutes as I rub off dead skin. There's no abrasion of any sort, it just lifts dead skin as I rub away with my fingers.

Here's the ingredient list:
water (activated hydrogen water, non-acidic and purified), glycerin, acrylates/C10-30, alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, dicocodimonium, chloride, STEARTRIMONIM BROMIDE, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, gingko biloba extract, rosmarinus officinalis/rosemary leaf extract, butylene glycol.

"Steartrimonium Bromide" this is bromide correct?

Is this really bad if I keep using this? Skin wise, I feel like I can't live without it, there's no other exfoliators that my skin likes because there abrasive or use acids.

It's not getting into my skin, is it? Am I inhaling it?
