This happened to me, the meds have made it worse, definitely.
Its pretty normal with AF, no energy, have to push yourself to accomplish anything, then so wired (because of the adrenaline being made to compensate for low cortisol) you cant sleep at night and resort to prescription meds. Been there lived in the t shirt for years.
I would get off the Remeron, slowly, and only then can you truly start to rebuild.
