Re: Anhedonia in adrenal fatigue

Dude you said it for a lot of us sleep is the real cause, or the biggest consequence and "maintaining factor" for our AF. OF COURSE the deeper cause is being born in a cursed body that has the neuroquimic characteristics that make one negative, overworrier, obsessive, addictive and all of those gifts.

First we gotta restore refreshing sleep but I haven´t succeed yet on that. For many thyroid and adrenals are the key for sleep. I have to give it another go with the adrenal supplements in the correct forms so I can tolerate them (ascorbic acid equals diarreah).

In all honestly I feel very numb and my life is more dream-like than ever, but I really really think this is simply because I don´t sleep properly.

Sweet God it is horrible isn´t it? Years go on with this torture when you are not lucky enough to get some proper treatment. I think about killing myself constantly, but a couple of things prevent that, not the least the fact that somehow I feel like if you suicide your problems do not just fade, you have to face them (I have reasons to believe in the afterlife, or in the quasi-inmortality of consciousness).
