Supposedly a couple of other things supplementally speaking are lacking in your protocol.
Vitamin E, a B complex, maybe ACE (adrenal cortex extract), Calcium and Magnesium. You gotta find out the most absorbable and most natural.
I cannot vouch for the effectivity of these things as I tried them all including ACE and no major changes (b5 and b complex do give you energy though) but I chose the wrong supps and wasn´t even taking vitamin C which is the most basic so it doesn´t count.
