Steroid alternatives- head parasites?

Anyone know any steroid alternatives for parasite drugs in case needed?

I have a ct scan scheduled tommorow if its clear, ill likely continue with albendazole. It seems not likely to find a U.S. hospital that would allow a stay while treating. At least a recent albendazole dose wasn't so bad after an hour or two into it but there is crawling and biting sensations that happens and on and off.

Anyone think something like tumeric could help anti inflamatory reactions?

It is a little disturbing that people in our situations need to make these guesses and treat ourselves.
