That would be because it is *not* a predominantly Ionic Silver product, it contains more 'colloids' or 'particles' of silver, and that means there are far fewer by ratio of positively electrically charged silver ions {Ag+ ions} bio available as compared to the greater number of neutral charged particles, or 'colloids'.
