inject as Subcutaneous, 30 degree of the needle to the skin, like that, not straight to the musle, can inject to belly where less painful because of the loose fat and muscle. Inject slowly because it's really painful. Can divide into two injections because one is too painful, and the bump is not good for drug releasing/absorption. If the bump is hurting, can use something to warm it up to increase the absorption in that site.
