Distilled Water Fast: Day 1 Complete!

Hey everyone,

It looks like day 1 is in the books. I felt really good throughout the day, but kept thinking of excuses to break my fast. I kept thinking of Mother's day and taking mom out for breakfast and stuffing my face...lol.

Anyways, for those of you following, I did finally go out and get a better scale to weigh myself. Here are the stats below:

Age: 27
Height: 5ft 8in
Weight: 320.6 lbs

I am not focused only on fat loss, but wiping the slate clean, and building a healthier lifestyle.

I figured that the easier way to do this is to post here after each day. The photos will be updated every 10 days.
