H. Pylori die off cause ammonia smell in stool?

Hi all,

New here, been lurking for a few months. Have a number of digestive issues going on, don't really have a grasp on what it is yet.

Anyway, last night I started taking mastic gum because I suspect I have an H. Pylori infection. Today my poo suddenly smells strongly of ammonia. I also started taking ox bile yesterday to aid in fat digestion. Any ideas if either of these could cause an ammonia smell?
