Re: ASI test - what supplements should I avoid

I didnt take anything, the withdrawals left me unable to take any supplements or vitamins for over a year, its only recently ive been building myself up with ACE that I am becoming stable to take some tiny doses of vitamins.

Sounds like you have the Lam masterplan there in vitamins, if it works, great stick with it. If not, you may want to look elsewhere.

And it is a myth of Seriphos being for 'low cortisol' and lowering cortisol directly.. yes over time it may help lower constant levels of cortisol because it acts in the hypothalamus but blunting receptors that cause the 'desire' for stress hormones to be released, therefore stopping the stress and the anxiety, and therefore allowing the system to reset...but this also works for low cortisol, because it stops the anxiety response of the brain stressing out because there is no 'cortisol' to make things work, therefore releasing adrenaline, in laymans terms.

Its been a massive gift to me, I think if Dr Lam had used this treatment with his protocol,I would of gotten better years ago, but all his stimulating vitamins led me to sleeping pills, so in essence, he is what caused the last couple of years of hell for me.
