I am having same issue with my 6 year old son and myself. For my son, ICU suggested the mebendazole with ivermectin. Not sure if you've seen our posts but icu's suggestion was mebendazole 2 tabs in am and two in pm (with 20 grams of fat) along with ivermectin at bedtime for a week. Then, 2 days on and two off of ivermectin for eight more days.. I'm going to try this when my mebendazole arrives in mail. Please let me know what works for your daughter.
