Yeah, it will take some time before you feel better then your sick feeling normal.

When you say "weird feeling in your gut and retaining excess stuff in your gut, do you mean like, you felt like you could poop because your guts were full and you couldn't? Yes, but, I did always eventually poop. Not always right away, sometimes within days...and it would be epic! HAHA, sorry for the imagery there.


Honestly, I had different ways that I felt better after the first cleanse (i.e. not being as dizzy all the time, nausea s, etc) but I felt worse in others....(the cleanse worked up the worms in my body that I felt them moving quite a bit after the first cleanse-but the second cleanse is what really made us start feeling truly better.

If you can't afford the in between herbs (we couldn't) You could look into getting food grade Diatamaceous Earth. It also helps with killing parasites and it is a mineral so they can't build up a tolerance to it. It will also help flush out anything you havn't pooped out after the first cleanse as well as keeping on top of killing the parasites before you start your second if you so choose to go that rout.
