I'm not judging whether the questions were sidestepped. Just sharing who and what is helping me. And, again, I hope we can all share our thoughts without attacking anyone.

I haven't had an experience with the meds mentioned, but I do know that AF typically causes poor sleep. My sleep is so good overall now. There are nights when I am detoxing copper, and it can make for a poor night's sleep. But other than that, I wake up early and generally have good stamina. My brain doesn't always function really well until after I do my first coffee enema. It's amazing how that helps clear the liver and makes me feel alert! Tweet
