The only thing the victims of rape are guilty of

The only thing the majority of victims of rape are guilty of is silence. They are far too often guilty of not reporting the crime.

Some estimate that between 65% and 98% of rapes are never reported to police (depends on country, world region etc).

If you are a serial rapist, and you rape 50 women, you could actually be so lucky that only few ever report it to police, which in reality makes it possible for a single person to rape 50 or even 150 women, and still walk free.
