I had to take a job in a big city recently. I had to walk to the train station about 25 min, 25 ride and 15 minute walk on the other end.( I am used to 15 - 20 minute drive one way)
Initally, it was bad, I had no energy, did not sleep well, etc.
After awhile, suddenly all symptoms improved. Energy came back, sleep became deep and sound about 6-7 hrs. (according to Dr lam it is normal 6 -7 hrs). Muscles became toned and gut sucked in. Lots of improvements.
