just thought i would update so fututre posters who are considering strict diet have all the information on people who have tried diets both success and failure...
i followed a strict diet no cheating for 6 months
no sugar(except small amount of fruit)
no proceessed food
pratically did the auto-immune protocal
all i ate was vegetables fruit meat seafood chicken water did alot of fruit and vegetable jucies daily took a whole lot of vitamins and probiotics
didnt work.. i saw no improvenemnts i still maintain a healthy Diet but have re-introduced several foods dairy cheese healthy grains/bread nuts and seeds i try just have a balanced healthy Diet with no proccessed take away fast foods etc etc its not rocket Science to know if something is healthy or not healthy for you! if i go out and there only maccas or subway i always just order a water for a drink and a chicken salad that simple! i stay clear of all sodas proceesed sugars chips loolies etc etc you get the point!
thought i would update as i havent been on forum for a few weeks! hope all is well!
