I think that following this for three days will tell someone if its helping or not.
I did eat like this every day for a week straight only once without any new food that i experimented with and worsened my condition.
My diet is still not constant, i still experiment with fodds and updating my list to find which are good or bad for me, but on that week that i followed the list above i was seeing such an improvment on my skin and my lips looked normal .
But then i added starches or eggs and more(only one new food every time) and thats how i came with this list.
Its like the elmination process you described.
Right now my lips are a little bit bigger then thay need to be and that's becuase on the weekend till yesterday i experimented with dairy for the last time ( organic goat dairy products like milk cheese and butter ) and no this is not good for me.
