You have to remove the carbohydrates or it is not ketogenic.
High fat, high protein high carb kills everything.
The human body has to have protein and fat or it takes from it's own body mass called wasting.
We do not need to eat carbohydrates because the liver can make glucose from protein.
There is no known disease from the lack of carbohydrates.
