I tested high for mercury, cadmium, arsenic and aluminum. I never tested for halides but the first time I took the Iodine at 100 mg dose I had the worst detox in my life. I always had serious candida symptoms that started to slowly subside as soon I started the heavy metal detox. I would say MSM and Iodine have been particularly helpful along with the anti-parasitic herbs such as Wormwood , Black-Walnut and especailly clove.
