So 10,000 UI of Vit D3 for three months? Or should I do one month like the guy who made this thread?

When you say with Olive Oil, does that mean consume the tablet with a glass of olive oil or something?

I'm gonna get some more Iodine soon, I noticed when applying it topically i had improvements and i ran out so i need to get some more.
