i love your post but anytime i eat anything with glucose besides vegatables candida starts breaking it down into sugars causing gas and bloating. and I mean E-V-E-R-Y TIME. If I eat oats, rice or any carb i get anxiety, acetalhyde overload, brain fog. I wouldnt dare touch carbs. I also have all your symptoms by the way. one time i allowed pumkin seeds lol. I kept eating them because I thought they were safe so and I started craving them. So i took some nystatin like 2months later... i had candida rhizoids falling out everywhere. In my BM. smh….
