I have just started seeing worms evacuate, but I'm taking so much I can't pin it to just this. Right now I'm taking Wormwood , Black-Walnut , Clove, and Wormseed (high doses) at noon and midnight. At 8:00 am I take 20 Now Brand Papaya enzymes (without food). I keep my stomach empty of food. I take my herbs at noon, still keeping my stomach empty. Then at 3:00 Pm I eat the avocado and garlic. I prepare the ginger for before dinner. I eat it first. Then I include the horseradish as part of dinner.
