Sounds like your intestines are very inflamed and irritated. Whipworms can cause a lot of rectal pain and cramps. I would stop doing the enemas and let your mucous membranes heal. The Wormwood helps to break down the mucous layer, that's how it kills the worms it kind of burns them. Also senna is a stimulant laxative which means it makes your bowels contract more. If you need a laxative take one that is not a stimulant. You can take marshmellow root and slippery elm to sooth everything. Fennel tea will help with the cramps. You can ask your doctor for dicylomine for the cramps. It relaxes your intestines. Bella donna works for this as well.
