I know you like Magnesium Chloride and Potassium Chloride.
I'm wondering how do you take them.
I lately started to take 4-5gr of potassium chloride in a glass of water but I think it's not good for my stomach. Same thing with Magnesium Chloride. If I take it at night before going to bed, I can feel a little burning in my stomach.
If I take it with food I don't think I feel any discomfort but I'm not sure if it's good to do that, or it won't be absorved.
Would you mind sharing your experience about that ?
