"One woman who complained that her Gallstones were unchanged on ultrasound despite three apparently fruitful flushes was advised that to up to 25 flushes may be needed. The above considerations suggest that very, very few will succeed no matter how many times they flush."
My comments :
This womans' "success" was in removing liver stones . The gall stones were likely not removed because they were block by a very large stone in the cystic duct. It is not likely to take 25 flushes to get them out however. No way.
This is my personal experience:
I did ~100 flushes over many years, mainly they made me feel better in general. It must have been my liver which kept me healthy. Through all this I have still a 2.6cm stone(according to my last US in May) which has not been able to come out. I am on a low carb diet to keep my energy.
My new MD said since you have been doing ok for 15 years just leave it alone. So far I look at it some people can live with Gallstones but it is important to take care of your liver.
