Thank you guys! I mixed some 20 Mule borax with Dr. Bronners tea tree liquid soap and washed the while area and it is a whole lot better. What has really helped me is betadine iodine that I picked up from kroger. I also got some generic petroleum jelly 100% (vaseline) which I apply on top of betadine. My symptoms are 60% better in just 2 days. I might also try some otc cream as well. Too scared to try undiluted vinegar or rubbing alcohol or mouthwash lol!
