Water Fasting with ANEMIA

Hello, I am an experienced faster doing several water and dry fast for cleanse and detox, Recently I have been diagnosed with anemia I am having blood loss in the gastric tract and since im celiac my gut is not absorbing iron supplements and is been really hard for me to recover, in the past Water Fast helped me cure from several things like colitis, food poisoning, gastritis and recovering and healing fasted from a surgery also, so I have been using short and long fasts as a cure for several years now, now I want to do it because it might help anemia, but I have never fasted while having anemia obviously and I am concerned.
Should fasting help with anemia? I read somewhere it raises red blood cells, but on the other hand is a common belief that one must feed super well while on anemia.
Should I do it and also have some iron injections as an extra boost?
I definitely want to do it for a minimum of 3 days to see if the internal bleeding can heal, ideally I want to do it for 9 days (cuz I have some time off) but if advisable I could go till 14.
Please I will appreciate advice from anyone with the knowledge.
