I'm just expressing my opinion from what I've been observing. I'm not saying Iodine supplementing hasn't helped anyone, I'm just commenting that is seems like, as with every other recommended protocol at CureZone, it doesn't help most who try it and of the people it does help it's only helping as long as they keep taking it, like people on coffee.
When I say getting "truly better" that would mean not having to keep taking any kind of medication or supplement, such as Iodine higher than our bodies actually need.
I know a lot of you believe the RDA of Iodine is too low and you have every right to make a case for that, but as with any forum where people come sick trying to get better, sick people are always looking for that magic pill for quick relief from their suffering.
If you're intrigued by my focus on people getting enough calories, start going back and looking at people's post histories and you'll start seeing how most people specifically say, or give clues that they weren't getting enough calories to support their busy and active lifestyle. That is the true epidemic at CureZone.
