1/ Brush your teeth & your gums 3 times per/day and use natural toothpaste as much as possible. OK!
2/ Remove gently the white stuff when you wake up to avoid more crusts building. OK! No effort and no pain for this.
Currently, I'm trying to soak a towel with hot water and gently apply it on the lips in order to remove some additional white stuff. I'm ,trying this at least 3 times / day if possible.
