The problem with using laxative tea is your body gets used to it.
My suggestion is to use the SWF. There are days when it absorbs into my system instead of flushing and I feel a bit bloated. But if you keep doing it every day, your body learns what to do with it.
You can experiment some with the amounts.
I take 3 tablespoons because that seems to work better for me. I also blend the salt / water in a blender to make sure the salt is dissolved.
