This is my advice, I would just listen to your body and take it easy this month. The idea is good because you can get some of those toxins and free radicals circulating out of there, but if you get to a point where your body is working so hard to cleanse and you feel wasted after you work out I would take it easy...just for your sake!
My husband was strong enough to workout for the whole month and was not super depleted. :D We have two very different bodies. You will get to where you need, this is an important month!
