I'd like to know if some of you tried a diet with onions and/or garlic. Momir Zmiric, a croat painter, claim to have lost a lot of weigh with this diet. I'm interested in this diet to be more healthy, losing weight is not my first goal. I have asthma and thyroid hormons inbalance. Onion is reputed to be good for asthma and is rich in selenium, that may help for thyroid problems. I through it could help because I maybe have intestinal parasites.
If you tried to eat at least a raw onion/garlic cloves a day, but everyday for a while, or if you tried them cooked, or if you had a fast with only this food, please, share your diet experiments and the results, thanks!
